August Gloop, A Month as Disappointing as a glutton child

Well July was an alright month, with some alright events, holiday season in peak, over 20 degree weather, Wimbledon. Blah Blah BLah.

On the other hand August acts as a uncomfortable pat on the shoulder from a disapproving family member asking "what are your going to do next?" August is the end, it's over, a year, a summer, another party. The entire month for me is dampened with a melancholy eeriness that I actually have to start doing something. As the city winds down, I begin to think what things I have to change? The offices are empty, everyones away, and there's this sort of depressed consensus in the street. To be alone in the city, in August, is by far one of the worst feelings. Unlike the "High Holidays", August loneliness does not state lack of relationship with family, but something fare worse in this day and age... LACK OF FRIENDS.

September for me has always been the beginning. If you wanna change, do it in September. I've always taken the opinion, why not join the leaves, and change colour too? Don't let the August blues get your down, and occupy yourself when your alone in the office, with nothing to do, while all your bosses managers and basically everybody with a more senior position then yours sun's themselves on the Rivera or raves it up in Ibiza. Cleanse, go to the gyms. Devise a fail proof plan on how to get the 'That Guy' or 'The Girl'.
